The Yards by Beyond, with the first phase Arancia Yards, is a design-orientated off-plan residential project in City of Arabia, Dubai. Developed by Beyond Developments, a brand of the Omniyat Group, the project combines Mediterranean-inspired living with a modern, green community structure. The first phase comprises 272 flats in three low-rise towers and offers 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom flats with spacious floor plans, natural light and high-quality architecture.
